Interview
Its usually referral based that is how the whole process works. It takes almost 3-4 weeks for all the process and decision of the interview. There are no negotiations on salary. its kind of fix there is no flexibility in the salary. the salaries are lower than competitors and there is no raise for a specified period in the document.
