Interview
Interview process is a very easy process in this company. All you need to do is to have a computer with skype installed in it. Yes, they do not call for a face to face interview ever, or at least i have not seen one so far. They basically ask you for you previous experience in telecommunication field, what kind of tests have you done, what technologies do you know, and if you have knowledge of Radio Frequency testing, would help a lot.

Most difficult question was regarding the explanation of one of the technologies like LTE.
It was smooth and easy. I had the all interview processes with phone screeening. Nothing technical. The questions were more about the personality. Over all it was very easy, and interviewer was kind.
