One on one meeting with the manager, in a friendly atmosphere. It was my first job after university so she asked me about my time at the uni and my previous experience as well.

Interview
Phone interview followed by a pleasant in person interview to see if I'd be a good fit.
They talked about the goals of the company and where they saw the office going in the future, and the place for their employee, making me feel like I would be able to grow with the company.
