I interviewed at BTI360
Interview
4 part interview (2 technical). The first was a behavioral. The second was a security screening. The third was a technical definition/code based. The fourth is a team base with members of their team.
First an intro phone interview. Then a technical phone interview which was composed of basic Java questions, and an easy online coding challenge. Last is the onsite which is a behavioral interview with 3 others, and a technical interview with 3 coding questions.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BTI360 (Ashburn, VA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone interview -> over the phone technical interview -> in person technical interview, Interviews were intermediate in difficulty, as long as you prepare they're very doable. The in-house technical interview required some outside the box thinking but nothing unusual.
