Overall it was a good process. First round is a telephone interview and then its AC. First round is mainly behavioural and motivational. A couple advanced q's thrown in to try understand your though process. e.g how many flights are there a day from London.

Interview
Mostly personality questions. Not technical in this first telephone interview. Should know about sales and trading and why one wants to work in that space. The interviewer was very pleasant.
