I received an IQ test and then an invitation to a one-way video interview. The IQ test was actually fun but the one-way video interview is one of the worst and most awkward things that could happen to a job-seeker. I am a seasoned public speaker and a training professional, but none of this can possibly come through when I am facing a cold webcam and a webpage asking me to wait several minutes for each video to upload. I quit the process midway as I lost any interest for a company that can't even bother wasting 10 minutes of the time of its HR to screen talent.
