2. Zoom call with Team Lead
You have to get past the phone screen to the next step which is a zoom call with a team lead or director. The Zoom call was the hardest because they will test your financial acumen and this not being my background, it was hard to answer the questions. Dont expect a phone call or email if you didnt reach the next round. I emailed the recruiter several time to ask for feedback or at least get the deceny of rejection and I never got a response.
