Super easy just a quick interview with a manager. Not very formal. Pretty low stakes interview. All they really want to know is if you have experience in a restaurant unless you just want to be a host.
They called me to set up an interview. I came in and met with the manager at the time. We then sat in one of the booths and they asked me about my experience. If I'm not mistaken, it was a group interview
Met one time with the manager. We went over previous experience and other simple questions to get a feel for my personality. The interview felt more like a conversation, very casual and easy.
