phone call from HR. next step would have been with the CEO I think but I didn't make it to that stage of the interview process, seemed like a decent place though in my opinion.
Personal and enjoyable. The individuals you meet with are friendly and the interview process is more of a conversation than rapid questions with no personality. There are 4 rounds of interviews so be prepared to spend a month or so from start to finish.

Question 1
Describe your process and how do you find inspiration.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BURST (CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Completed 4 interviews with 4 different individuals at the company then was tasked with completing a 4-hour skills test which involved completing tasks directly associated with the role. Total time, 8 hours. On submitting the test deliverables, was notified the role was going to someone else. Instead, the job was reposted on Indeed. Interviewers' interest and descriptions of the company seemed shallow and distant.
