      Principal Interview

      20 July 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Singapore
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Babilou Family (Singapore)

      Interview

The interview was candid. But after 2 weeks, there was no communication. I guess, silence means I did not get the job. It will be more professional if the company updates the candidate so both parties can move forward properly.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

If you are the Principal, how would you communicate to the teachers that they will be given x no of students and they have to handle two classes? How will you support them?
