I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bacancy (Ahmedabad) in July 2020
Interview
I interviewed at Bacancy for the position of Full Stack Developer and the interview process turned out to be quite different from other companies I interviewed at. First I had a 1 hour technical round, 30minutes for frontend, and 30minutes for the backend. I did pretty well in frontend but I was not at my best during the backend round. After the technical round, I received a call from HR that the Project Manager would like to have a discussion with me. It happened on the same day in the evening. The next day I had my HR round and as it is known that HR round is either the first one or the last one, so I thought it to be the last round because I already faced two technical rounds before that. HR round was great and she said she'll get back to me by Monday.
Now as I had cleared two technical rounds and then HR round I was obviously expecting an offer on Monday. But turns out, the management was not sure about me and hence wanted me to complete a practical task. I completed that task and then I had yet another round for explaining my code. There too, frontend went well and for backend, the interviewer was so arrogant that he did not even bother to listen to my answers.
I would say that the interview process is not well defined. This was the first-ever company where the HR round was neither first nor last.
PS: I have 2.6 years of experience in MEAN Stack development and the last person to take my interview, Mr. Arragont has just 3.7 years of experience, which is just 1 year more than me and this level of attitude towards candidates.
I am glad I was not shortlisted, It is better to work in a company with fewer employees than working with such arrogant people.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
In-depth questions about the ideal project structure for Node JS project as well as Angular.
I had applied for bacancy off campus and there were two rounds. 1-Tech round 2-HR round In tech round they ask me some questions related to javascript and nodejs. And level of interview is average for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bacancy in Feb 2019
Interview
I got a call from HR and then i'll define my expectation and clearly mention that non-negotiable CTC and they said OK.
So interview process proceed further and i cleared two round(Technical and Practical test) very efficiently and last HR round came and then they started mathematics and lastly HR said last decision about CTC is totally depend on management and i understood that thing clearly, but my question is if management already set some budget and my expectation should be quite high then your budget then why should you called any candidate ?
Advise for all the candidate, ask them first they budget then go else you just wast your time nothing else.
