The first interview is a virtual interview that had a time limit that was recorded. It was under 10 questions with basic questions to get to know you and why you want to work at Bacardi.

Smooth recruitment process. There were couple of interviews, with HR, head of department and hiring manager, plus the business game, some sort of group activity with other candidates. Quick and clear feedback from the company on all stages. Warm memories only.
