Streamlined and easygoing process overall. First round was a 45 minute phone screen with a few behavioral questions and a brief market sizing case. Final round involved 4 back to back 30 minute behavioral interviews with various groups of team members with a 45 minute life sciences case in between. Overall enjoyable process with opportunity to meet plenty of people at Back Bay.
