Interview
The interview process was quite comprehensive. It consisted of 2 stages. First a phone screen and then an onsite case study. The phone interview included questions about my background and experience as well as my knowledge about Backbase and my motivations in seeking a new a new role. The onsite case study took around 4 hours and was formulated in a way that it would reflect all the activities in a recruiter's typical day. I found the the questions and tasks to be highly relevant and tough but also fun in a challenging way. All my interactions with the recruitment team during this process was pleasant. There was sufficient guidance and feedback.

Organized, collaborative and engaging. I like that I was able to meet several people on the team throughout the process. The case presentation was also a great part of the interview and an engaging way to see how I think and how that fits into the the companies overall mission.
