First stage was HR interview via Skype. The interviewer was okay, we've talked about company's culture and about me. I can't say she is friendly or not but she was okay. I couldn't feel enthusiasm. Also my all mail conversation was with that recruiter. Second stage was skype call with iOS developer. We've talked about company's technical side, their style and about their culture and also it was for knowing my technical vision. The interviewer was really nice and friendly. That part was really good. Third stage was project assignment and they gave me 48 hours to finish it. They sent it on Friday so I made this on the weekend. It was fun to do. I've passed. Fourth stage was technical interview with iOS developer. In the first part, we've talked about my project. He said he liked my project and he didn't point any wrong thing. After that I explained my observation about my project(good/bad parts). Their notes and observation was really insufficient. In the second part, we've talked about technical things. It was quite easy. We couldn't discuss things so much, he just took notes. It was interesting, I was expecting someone more experienced. The Interview didn't last more than 1 hour. But after that I got mail from HR that I didn't pass technical interview and they pointed out 2 subject about it as reason. We didn't even mention about one of this subject during the technical interview. It really suprised me.

There were several steps: an interview with a recruiter, a technical assignment which takes around 8 hours to fulfill, a tech interview and finally a culture fit interview with future manager.
