I applied on LinkedIn and had the recruiter reach out to me a week later. Round 1: Pre-screening interview request with the recruiter a week after my application. First Interview was scheduled 4 days after this first request, and it went well. Casual chat about how my career so far aligns with the role I’m applying for. He managed my expectations and told me that he would take my profile to the Hiring Managers to see if they’d like to interview me. Round 2: I got an email from the recruiter a week later advising that I had moved onto the next round: the Hiring Manager interview. This was very casual and felt a lot like chatting to peers who had an expressed interest in the way that I worked and what synergies my experience had with this role. I was allowed to ask a few questions as well at the end. Round 3: 2 hours after my hiring manager interview, I got confirmation they wanted to move on to the next round with a case study interview. I was given a case study on one of the products and it Preparation Round: Something very brilliant about this company is how they avail one of the team resources to help with questions on the case study, giving you more chances to succeed. I had a chat with the Business Analyst, and she have me 30 mins where we discussed my questions on the case. Round 4: Final interview was a case study with the rest of the team. It included the original panel, the Hiring Manager and the rest of the team: Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Snr Product Owner and Business Analyst. A week after my interview, I got an offer! It was overall such a lovely experience – very quick and oh so kind! It happened in less than 3 weeks.
