Interview
There were 4 steps:
1- Interview with recruiter (she was supportive and informative in the whole process)
2- Assignment project (They asked me to implement weather app in a week)
3- Technical Interview (First, we went through my app and then they've asked general tech. questions)
4- Culture fit interview with the manager (It feels more of a chat rather than an interview :))
Everyone was kind and informative, and I really enjoyed the whole interview process.

It consisted of two stages
The first stage was a 15-minute interview with the manager. Information about the company was provided. Then, questions were asked about the skills and requirements of the job position.
The second stage was a technical interview with two of the company's engineers and various questions were asked about the desired skills.

Interview
The recruitment process was clear from the beginning to the end of it. It was contained into 3 parts (Codility test, technical interview and Cultural interview. Feedback after each part was really fast. (only a few days). The process of recruitment was flowing in a really nice atmosphere. Questions were adequate with my position. I really recommended the process of recreation from Backbase
