The recruitment process was clear from the beginning to the end of it. It was contained into 3 parts (home task, technical interview and interview II (soft skills). Feedback after each part was really fast. (only a few days). The process of recruitment was flowing in a really nice atmosphere. Questions were adequate with my position. I really recommended the process of recreation from Backbase
