The process was composed by 3 stages.
1st - Screening call with Recruitment and Design Manager
2nd - Call with Recruiter to talk about expectations such as salary and benefits, and possible steps
3rd - Assignment to present to the design team, in my case I presented it to a Senior Designer and the Head of Design

Question 1
My past experience, how do I deal with challenging situations, how do I incorporate accessibility in my designs, and a lot more.

Interview
The interview process consisted of several meetings. The first one was with the recruiter, after 2 positive sessions with the recruiter, one introductory and the other one about my main motivations and goals; I spoke with the lead UX designer. After a positive feedback on this one, I completed a design assignment regarding a user flow of banking platform. It was a complex assignment but also I had a lot of fun doing it! I handed over the case study and about one week after I presented it to one senior designer and one business analyst. This was the last step of my interview.

Question 1
They let you speak a lot, about your case study and bout your process and reasoning behind it. One important thing is surely to own your case study and research, be prepared to answer why, and what could be done better. Same thing in the case study presentation, which was very well organised on a Miro board. So prepare good, try to not be too long, and make a nice story out of it!
