I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in Apr 2022
Interview
2 interviews with 4 people. They were pleasant conversations. I had to get used to the different pronunciations of the English language. As a result, I did not immediately understand all the questions.

Question 1
How do you deal with different opinions and visions with stakeholders?
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
The interview process at Backbase for this specific role was smooth and interesting, not short but clear, the expectations were quite clear and overall it was aligned with the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Backbase in Nov 2023
Interview
I was recommended for the role. The recruiter got back to me in a few days. I had the screening interview, after which they decided to not move forward with my profile.

Question 1
The questions were connected to the job requirements. The main aspect they were looking for was someone with strong stakeholder management skills, but it might depend on each role.
