Interview
A recruiter at Backbase reached out on LinkedIn. After an initial introduction, information on the role was provided, and a meeting with the recruiter was arranged.
After this, an introductory meeting was scheduled with two Technical Writers at Backbase.
An assignment was provided. After this was submitted, another meeting took place to discuss the assignment.
Once everyone was happy to move forward, the recruiter and I discussed contract details.
Overall, the interview process was well-organized and conducted professionally.
