Interview
The interview was well arranged and explained from the start. There were no surprises. The recruiter was pleasant to work with.
The process consisted of a total of 3 conversations and an assessment. First the hiring manager(s) of the team, followed with the assessment and two conversations with potential peers.
After that the recruiter came back to me to discuss the outcome.

Question 1
The questions were more about me as a person and how I would attack certain issues, which is hard to grasp in a single question.
There were some more technical questions, for example if I would stick to the " known to me" tech stack, or that im flexible.
