I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Backbase (Amsterdam) in June 2022
Interview
Took a long time but I heard that this was an exception. My other colleagues had a quicker interview process. Recruiters are good though. They keep you in the loop of the process.

Question 1
My experience, questions about my work (and assessment) and my expectations and needs
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
The interview process at Backbase for this specific role was smooth and interesting, not short but clear, the expectations were quite clear and overall it was aligned with the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Backbase in Nov 2023
Interview
I was recommended for the role. The recruiter got back to me in a few days. I had the screening interview, after which they decided to not move forward with my profile.

Question 1
The questions were connected to the job requirements. The main aspect they were looking for was someone with strong stakeholder management skills, but it might depend on each role.
