Interview

Interview
It seemed like they were farming for content and ideas. I went through a similar process as someone else who interviewed for the role, and we received the same canned 'we went with another candidate' rejection email one month after the other. They have you speak with the hiring manager and a few future colleagues, and then a final presentation with the hiring manager about two projects you worked on at a previous employer. Sometimes an interview with the CEO is included. The role had been open for 3 months and is now closed, but it's not clear if they hired anyone.
