Interview
The multiple interviewers on the small panel each prepared and asked a variety of challenging questions which I thoroughly, thoughtfully, but succinctly answered after thinking about each one for some time.
cool company, even cooler interview if you're right for the job. Prepare by doing some research. I watched a few Tony Robbins motivational sales speeches which primed me and set me up for success.

Interview
Easiest job to get. Sent in my resume, and walked in to talk to the manager. Was offered the job on the spot because I seemed relatively normal enough and I was a "good listener." We just talked about myself and why I was looking for a new job. Manager was very friendly and thought that my resume was easy to read. Was hired for a trial period and started working the next week and manager took me to a personal lunch and got to know me even more. If you know someone, you can get this job.
