interviewed in August (Difficult in 2nd round) Two rounds interview on the same day, total 1.5hrs including 20mins written test. 1st round is HR, just asking simple questions like self-intro, work experience, reason of leaving, plan for career path, Q&A. Then come to a written test. After the written test, one senior project manager and one section head came for 2nd round interview: self-intro, why you are fitting in this role, why you are interested in this job, what kind of job you think your personality is suitable for, are you considering other environmental jobs in other companies...(many career path questions@@), how many do you know about Baguio. Lastly, two real-time role play testing your response in different situations

First, the HR interview, spent around half an hour, common questions about your skills set and personality. Then, half an hour for an essay-liked written test in English, strictly time limited. Following up was case studies/questions in responsing form of role play, with the one of the team member, and the leader sit aside. By that time, they were having two different team recruiting, which two teams had different area in responsibility and sustainability/recycling projects. The one i was interviewing for was about glass recycling and maintaining in Hong Kong Island and most News Territories. What made me feel really awful is that there was almost 40 min had me waiting in the room for the team comes between the written test and the role play interview section.
