Applied online same night they emailed back for me to set up an interview time. Signed up with no experience for bartender and server. Talked to server manager he told me he would hire me as a server despite having no experience but was worried about me getting overwhelmed since I never did it before. I then talked to I think the head manager, told him about having a lot of experience working at a theme park, then talked to the hostess manager she said within three minutes I was hired because I was making more at my other job the second manager I interviewed with talked me into becoming a server. Overall it was an amazing experience and everyone felt like family

It’s a three part interview process. Pretty professional . They are also a darden company and the other locations are the same as far as an interview process. After i got through the interviews they asked my availability and i started training in my availability days. They are pretty flexible too!

The interview was very short and easy. Everyone was very mindful of time, and were polite when asking questions. I really like the effort with challenging my thoughts and responses. I made sure to be clear with my scheduling, which they also respected.
