Potential employee is asked to come into restaurant and meet with one of the managers. Questions about previous work experience, education, and skills are asked. Situational questions are also asked and used to help determine how potential employee may react to certain situations that may arise in the position.

It’s a three part interview process. Pretty professional . They are also a darden company and the other locations are the same as far as an interview process. After i got through the interviews they asked my availability and i started training in my availability days. They are pretty flexible too!

Interview
The interview was very short and easy. Everyone was very mindful of time, and were polite when asking questions. I really like the effort with challenging my thoughts and responses. I made sure to be clear with my scheduling, which they also respected.
