Interview
There is an advantage if you can speak Thai and have worked in service industry before. Be ready to start as soon as possible. Interview process was quite easy overall. There were no behavioral questions at all.
Asked you about availability and past experiences. Friendly and likes it if you can start immediately. Favors go getters and people who will stay a long time. They asked if you would be willing to work weekends as that is what they need usually.
