Interview
You need to finish a 2 hours assessment. If you pass it, you will move forward to the interview process. There are 3 interviews in total. The first interview is from you co-worker, the second interview is from your supervisor/leader and the last one is from HR.
Group interview, 30 min to discuss. I was the leader and reporter. Our group was silent and shy at the beginning but soon very much alive. As a result everyone in the group failed to pass and no one knows why. The standards are arbitrary.

Expected to speak in Mandarin during interview - am conversational day to day but it was difficult to describe my job experience in mandarin. Probably more suitable for those who are very strong and familiar with Chinese business terms.
