Varied and suited to the role. Competency based and really gets to know individual. Genuinely interested about individual being interviewed, caring. You don’t always have a person from HR in attendance, however there was 2 people from the team (manager and assistant manager). We also had the opportunity to meet other team members and do a scenario.

Interview
Two interviews after submission of a portfolio, application form and cover letter. The first interview was more formal, working through a series of pre-determined questions to verify ability, whereas the second was far more conversational, and included a more senior member of the business to ensure the right 'fit'.

Interview
The process was smooth, although my interveiw was delayed by a few days. The two managers who interviewed me was nice. The rejection email came with a link for feedback.
