The first round includes having to record yourself answering questions and uploading them to their portal. The questions included: Introduction, What makes a good Investment Banking Analyst candidate?, Why are you interested in a career in Investment Banking?, Why are you specially interested in being an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird and what is your location preference?.
Submitted application with ~1 yr experience, a few days later received email to schedule interview, first round with VP all behavioral. Waiting for second round, just got scheduled with an associate.

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
