Applied through university career services and received an email a few weeks later asking to schedule a phone interview. Interviewer was very friendly and most questions were fit based and asked for location preference as well. Had to walk through resume and answer questions about some relevant work experience. Some basic accounting questions as well and a simple brainteaser.

Typical questions, pitch me a stock, describe your experiences. It was a first round phone interview with a sector head of their sell side equity research team. They wanted to know why Wisconsin as well.
Online resume, cover letter submission, and filling out portal, online test / assessment, then one on one on campus interview, then invited to all-day superday with multiple one-on-one interviews back to back.
