Overly difficult process. Took me three months or more to get through three interviews. Were essentially asking for experience from someone with several certifications, without actually asking for those certs. Could have weeded out people with that requirement. Wound up that they weren't going to hire anyone that was interviewed for the position. Not sure they knew what they wanted.
