I was contacted by the recruitment team over LinkedIn for this opportunity . The process was extremely quick. Once I expressed interest in the role, a meeting was set up the very next day.

How did you address delivery and governance model requirements in your previous presales role?
The interview started in Portuguese with the talent analyst aligning on the meeting objectives and the role. After some initial questions in Portuguese, we switched to English. He explained what they're looking for in the position and we discussed the hiring model. Then he asked about my current and previous experiences. I also had the chance to ask questions about the company's current moment, how they've been using AI in their processes and with clients, and what their main service sales model looks like today.

He asked me to walk through my current role and previous professional experiences, and how they relate to the position.
The interview was scheduled on Zoom. It was a good experience. The interviewer was very nice and kept the tone light and engaging, like a conversation, which put me at ease. They also responded to all my questions well.
