This screening round was an initial introduction provided by a BairesDev Talent Acquisition Specialist. She described the role, expectations, and asked questions about my background in sales account management. She asked that I complete a Predictive Index questionnaire and that BairesDev typically has 3 interview rounds before making an offer. She also described the BairesDev onboarding process, tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, and home grown tools).

The process was a bait and switch wherein they act like they are recruiting you but they are really trying to funnel you into an applicant pipeline gated by a test.
