Interview
The interview with Thais was very relaxed. She made me feel at ease despite my nervousness. She started by explaining more about BairesDev and its process, then asked me questions about my previous work and skills. I took a short skills test and we spoke a little in English. At the end, she explained the Baires hiring process and benefits to me.

I completed some short tests on the candidate portal and was approached by a hiring manager for an interview. I was gladly impressed by how they approach each candidate. Although I applied for a specific position, they really take their time to get to know you and find the right position for you. I am in the first stages of the recruitment process so I don't know if I am going to get an offer or not.
