Interview
It was a very long process, with 5 interviews.
The first was with BairesDev HR, with background questions about my experience and career, then a technical interview with a BairesDev Engineer, after having success on this two, I've negotiated the salary and then BairesDev starts to send my profile to clients.
Then I've made a test for a client, creating a terraform recipe to launch an entire AWS ECS infrastructure to run a java application, after that they send me a Hacker Hank test.
The final process was an interview with two client DevOps, that made some questions about DevOps tools and situations and the last one was with client managers, that ask some technical questions and profile situations.
