I think they have a lot of applicants so they dont care to lose one because they will always find someone with high qualifications and multiple skills, so applicants must be very "flexible". Once you pass the tech interview you negotiate your salary, but don't expect too much, they can reduce your expectations by 30% aprox, so you can be very disappointed at this stage, anyway I accepted the offer, (again flexible).
