If you're looking to join the company in an area or department that isn't IT/Developer and/or Talent Acquisition, don't expect an answer soon. All applicants have to do a bunch of tests including a voice record of one's English pronunciation. I completed all of this 8 weeks ago, nothing new. The website got updated a month ago and this added more tests to be completed which I did right away and all I saw was: “Profile Matching” without any progress ever since.
