The process is pretty long. I received contact by LinkedIn, and then I did a pre-screening interview, after that, we needed to fill out a bunch of information on their website, after this process, a person responsible for managing the vacancies will start to contact you to check your knowledges according to some job, and then if some customer agrees you will be invited to do an interview with the customer. You will be hired only after the process with the customer, this process can take 2 weeks or even 3 months. In my case, it took 6 months.
