Interview

A primeira etapa foi uma entrevista remota de 30 minutos. Logo depois me pediram pra fazer um teste de habilidades com tarefas completamente descoladas da minha competência e do cargo que ocuparia. Dediquei muito tempo nesse teste e foi bastante frustrante pois não obtive feedback nenhum. Um mês depois enviei um e-mail perguntando sobre o processo e a responsável me disse que a vaga foi descontinuada por desistência do cliente.

Interview

The process is very quick in the initial stages, but the matching process with a company takes a long time, and the duration of the final stages is unclear. I was contacted by several HR professionals requesting similar information, as they were involved in processes with different companies.

Hoje fiz minha primeira entrevista para a BairesDev, foi tranquila, uma conversa bem profissional, porém descontraída (sem nenhum tipo de pressão ou constrangimentos), onde me senti a vontade e pude falar um pouco sobre minha formação e minha área de atuação. Estou no aguardo para seguir para as próximas etapas.

Interview

The interview process was conducted by zoom, divided in Portuguese questions (my native language), English questions (job offering language) and logical quiz questions. The overall experience is not tense and they seem to value honesty and eagerness to be a part of the team
