The recruiter was very nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole phone screen interview. She explained how the company operated and the growth they've had in the past months/years. I was asked about my background, and at the end there was a brief IQ assessment.

It was very dynamic and easy to understand. All questions were aimed at learning a little more about my working experience and expectations in a new position. The interviewer was very kind and clear in her interventions.
