The interview process was smooth. It had different phased that analyzed work history, main skill, language proficiency, specific interest and benefits (salary and other perks). The interviewer looked clean and amicable. Demonstrated genuine interest in finding a match for my skill set and level.

It was excellent, Juan is a very polite and communicative professional. It was a smooth interview. First we talked about in Spanish about my work experience, updating data. Then in English focused on the role I am interested in applying for.
