BairesDev Senior Web Developer interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter from BairesDev. I told them I already had a job and that I'd only consider changing if they could offer more than I was earning at the moment. They said they could do that without problem. So I decided to went through the process which consisted of: 1) A 30 minute call with the recruiter. 2) A series of online multiple choice questions about a few programming languages, maths, logic and that stuff. 3) A 1-hour technical interview with technical questions and also some coding challenges. After all this, I got the offer by far less than I was already earning. Several months later, I got contacted again, by another recruiter that didn't know anything about my past selection process with them. I told him what happened the first time and that I wasn't interested. He insisted that this time they really can offer a better salary than my current one. I was skeptic but he insisted on that point. So, again, I went through the process. After the technical interview, I got again, the same offer of the first time which wasn't even close to my current salary. This company is a joke.
