How strange for Technical post, one needs to justify technical HR and Non technical HR!!
Basic Aptitude Test, Engineering Curriculum Based Technical test, Technical interview by divisional Manager,HR interview to assess fit and personality.
The technical test was a bit difficult, answers should be available online. HR interview is perfunctory, rarely people get rejected.
