Interview
I interviewed with HR and was told I would hear back within the week about the next round. I also learned from contacts at the firm that I had been referred to the next round. Despite following up several times over the next month and a half, I never heard back, nor did anyone reach out with an update on my candidacy. Having invested time in the interview process, and having known of the good reputation of this firm, I am disappointed with the unprofessional treatment of prospective candidates.

Interview
I interviewed with them a long time ago. It was very informal. The lady was very interested in my writing sample. Even more than my resume. She was honest about how crazy busy and highly charged the work is. There was bound to be overtime involved. I was just out of college, so was very scared to hear that. Perhaps a person with experience would have been more at ease. I didn't get called back. I was sad to not get selected. It would have been an experience of a life-time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She asked me:
1. How would you deal with a conflict at work where someone seems to be angry with you?
2. You will be assisting two departments at the same time. How would you manage your work priorities in this case?
3. If one of the departments is taking majority of your time, how would you complete the tasks assigned to you by the other department?
4. If an attorney is angry at how his case went at the court/trial and he is showing his frustration, would you take it personally? If yes, how would you react? If not, tell me why would you not?
