I had two interviews before going on site and then had an on-site interview for 2.5 hours. The interviewer was very nice but the interview did not have to take 2.5 hours.

You go into a room with 9 board members and they all ask you different questions. the more confident you are and the lack of intimidation you show will benifit you greatly.
