My interview was scheduled accidentally as I was in pune for work and the hr consultant arranged an impromptu interview. As I was in Pune for work I was not carrying an resume. Person to interview was Mr. Vaidya. Initially I waited 45 mins at the gate (not even reception) without being offered even water. Whn finally I was allowed in I was waiting at reception. When that gentleman arrived he asked for resume which I said I am not carrying. The gentleman yelled as to he was suppose to take the interview without an resume and i simply replied its OK if you cannot take interview without an resume and left from there. I really do not want to work in an organization where respecting people is not part of their culture. I was interviewing for senior post and I cannot even wonder for junior level positions.
