      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Baker Hughes (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I applied for the post via online. The Company is creating a shared service centre in Malaysia and required a new team to be form. Got a call from the HR after a few weeks of applying. First process was having a phone interview with the Director of Tax who was located in the US at the time. The phone interview went well and I was then shortlisted for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The face-to-face interview was conducted after 2 weeks of the phone interview. After the face-to-face interview, I got to know that the hiring manager just joined the Company and it was her 3rd day at work. During the interview, it was a good experience as it was not a pressured interview and it was relaxing. After a week of the interview, I emailed HR to asked for the status and got no reply. I then emailed again after another week and they came back to me and apologise for the delay and informed me that they are not proceeding with my application. I then replied saying thank you for the opportunity given and also asked for the feedback of the interview. I have not heard from them. This Company is a multinational Company and with the people that are working there now does not show any professionalism. It is just a simple email. I know I am qualified for the position. After a few months, I still see their job posting on the same position on LinkedIn and their career website.
